Social enterprise House of Cinn needed a catchy way to tell customers and investors about their journey. With creative storytelling, I created a statement that mirrored their peppy character but pushed through the strength of their mission.

With a growing client base and even bigger waitlist of prospects, reformer bed start-up FOLD needed transparent communications with a quick turnaround to share order updates and shift stock. Managing expectations was key, as was turning well-timed marketing opportunities into sales. With FOLD, I have worked on CRM, web copy updates, product descriptions, tone of voice and press releases.

Tone of Voice guidelines
Brand-new running slipper brand QLVR was in the midst of a product launch on Kickstarter when they realised that they needed help with their tone of voice. As a one-of-a-kind business, they wanted to make the most of their opportunity to break the mould. Honing their brand voice and distilling it into three key principles was the first step. The next was testing this formula across their communications and finally collating all the research into a handy-to-use guide for internal reference.

Physiotherapists and beauticians typically don't have a lot of time on their hands between clients. So, I stepped in to revamp their website copy. I softened the language to bring through their unique tone of voice and make customers feel as confident and reassured as they do when they're in regular talks with their therapist.
